Nicole moved to Northwest Portland from Nebraska with her husband and two daughters over a decade ago and is now proud to call herself an Oregonian.  She is a foodie and an enthusiastic traveler with a passion for cooking and entertaining.  She enjoys all the amenities Portland has to offer, including the fast-paced social setting of downtown, hiking the local trails with her English bulldog Hank, sporting events, and live concerts.

Nicole has previously worked in the mortgage lending and insurance industries, which gives her a unique perspective to real estate.  She understands how all sides need to communicate and work together to complete the sale without a hitch.  During your transaction she will act as a liaison between all parties involved to make sure timelines are being met and offering solutions should a problem arise.

She is also passionate about giving back to her community and does so by volunteering at her daughters high-school, supporting her local food bank, and has also spent time helping out the Make-A-Wish Foundation.
